Her role is instrumental in implementing the Human Capital strategy to support the broader business strategy. As a key advisor to the Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI) Exco, she plays a vital role in shaping the company's Human Capital functions and empowering the organisational culture.
With an impressive 25 years of experience at Old Mutual, Faatimah is a seasoned professional who has worked across various business segments. She joined OMAI in May 2022 as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner, primarily serving AIIM, the infrastructure arm of the OMAI business. Faatimah has worked across various human capital practices and segments, accumulating a wealth of experience.
Her T-shaped expertise encompasses deep human capital specialist knowledge and generalist experience, making her a well-rounded and capable leader in her field. She has successfully driven initiatives in skills development, talent management, and leadership development, creating a skilled and motivated workforce aligned with the company's vision and values.
Faatimah holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences, a Diploma in Advanced Management and is a Human Performance Improvement (HPI) practitioner.
