Lisakazi is responsible for the origination and implementation of listed and unlisted credit assets.

Prior to joining OMAI in 2023, Lisakazi served as Manager on PwC’s Valuations’ team within Corporate Finance, performing valuation services for various purposes.

Before this she worked in a number of roles within Masisizane Fund, where she focused on deal screening, financial analysis, due diligence and portfolio management.

Lisakazi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Corporate Finance and Investments, and an Honours degree in Business Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand.
