Mandy oversees all property-finance-related debt investments, playing an active role in the origination, structuring and managing of investments.

Prior to joining OMAI, Mandy was Head of Property Finance in OMSFIN’s debt origination team, where she successfully grew the fledgling property finance portfolio into one of OMSFIN’s largest asset class portfolios. 

While at OMSFIN, Mandy gained extensive experience in the origination, structuring and managing of debt investments spanning various asset classes, including property finance, infrastructure finance and investment-grade corporates. 

She has over 18 years’ financial services and operational experience. She completed articles at PwC and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA® charterholder.  Mandy graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting.
