Muhammad is responsible for the credit analysis of listed and unlisted credit assets across the portfolio.

Prior to joining OMAI in March 2022, he was with Rand Merchant Bank for three years as a credit analyst focusing on leverage finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and credit due diligence. Muhammad completed his articles at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting sciences, an honors degree in accounting sciences and a post graduate diploma from the University of the Pretoria.
