Venusha joined the Hybrid Capital team in December 2024 as an Analyst. She is mainly responsible for providing investment support across the full hybrid equity value chain. Her duties include preparing investment reports and presenting to the Investment Committee, deal screening, valuations, and client presentations.

She completed her articles at Old Mutual in November 2024. During her articles, she gained diverse experience across the business, including roles in Investor Relations, where she represented Old Mutual in external engagements, and as an Executive Associate to the MD of OMIG’s Listed Business.

Prior to her articles, she worked as a Junior Analyst at Old Mutual Multi-Managers and later as a Management Accountant, overseeing group project finances and cost allocations.

Venusha holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
