Candice is the Operations Executive for the Impact Investing Team at Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI). She is responsible for overseeing finance, governance, and various operational aspects of the business to enhance operational and business performance.

Prior to joining OMAI initially in February 2018, Candice was a Finance Manager at Old Mutual Investment Group, where she played a key support role to the Financial Director, which included delivery of monthly financial performance reports and project management of finance related strategic projects. Between 2018 and 2021, as Strategy and Operations Manager, Candice was responsible for strategy execution, finance and oversight of the operation function across the Impact Investing business within OMAI. After an extended maternity break, Candice re-joined the team in March 2023 as Operations Executive.

Candice is a qualified Chartered Accountant in South Africa, has a Masters in Commerce (Acc) with Wits University and an MBA with UCT’s Graduate School of Business. She currently serves as a director on various investee companies across the Impact Investing business.
