Nokuthula Sedumedi is the Head of Housing Impact Fund for the Impact Investing Team at Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI). Her responsibilities include managing the existing portfolio of housing investments.

She has over 13 years’ experience in the property development industry, working as a Property Development Manager at the Public Investment Corporation, Programme Manager at the Development Bank of Southern Africa, and Support Operations Manager for Eskom Rotek Industries.

Nokuthula has a BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and a Master of Building in Construction Project Management from the University of Witwatersrand. Nokuthula is also currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Witwatersrand. She is also professionally registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as a Professional Construction Project Manager and the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional.
