Holdsport is a cash-based retailer selling sport, leisure and recreational merchandise through a national network of some 80 outlets comprising Sportsman’s Warehouse, Outdoor Warehouse and Shelflife. The business is also vertically integrated through its Performance Brands division, which manufactures own-brand sports apparel. In addition, Holdsport exclusively distributes sports brands such as Gilbert, Grays and Spalding.
