Siphosethu Ntswayi is an Investment Principal at Old Mutual Private Equity (OMPE) and is responsible for the full suite of private equity functions, from deal origination to execution, investment management and exits.
Siphosethu joined OMPE in 2019 and has been involved in numerous transactions including Actom, the delisting of Long4Life as well as the exits of Beverages Holdco (Chill Beverages & Inhle Beverages), Sorbet Holdings, Lime Light and Clayton Care Group.
Prior to joining OMPE, Siphosethu was an investment analyst at Allan Gray, covering various companies mainly in the retail, banking, industrial and telecommunications sectors. She joined the Allan Gray Investment team after completing her articles at Allan Gray.
Siphosethu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounting, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) from the University of Cape Town. She is a CFA® Charterholder and a qualified Chartered Accountant in South Africa.
Siphosethu serves on the boards of Medhold and Actom, and previously served on the boards of Beverages Holdco, Sorbet Holdings, Lime Light and Clayton Care Group.
