Hlogonofatjo Matsapola (Hlogi), is a Junior asset manager in the Greenfields team within Impact Investing at Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI). His responsibilities include the management of costs, service providers, and execution of asset-specific strategies, SPV Financial Statements, and SPV liquidations.

Hlogi joined OMAI on the 1st of November 2021 as a final-year accountancy trainee and was subsequently onboarded as a Junior asset manager on the 1st July 2022, after qualifying as a CA(SA). Hlogi previously rotated around the Old Mutual Group during his articles.

Hlogi is a qualified chartered accountant. His journey with Old Mutual started when he was selected to be on the OMCAT bursary programme which funded his studies at the University of Cape Town where he completed his Bcom Financial Accounting and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA). His passion for impact lead investing has pushed him to join OMAI Impact investing.
