Zinitha Sithole is an Investment Professional within in the Impact Investing Team at Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI). She is responsible for the asset management of rental properties in the Urban Impact Properties Fund.

Prior to joining OMAI she spent 9 years at SA Home Loans working in Structured Finance. Her duties included the implementation and monitoring of Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities transactions and issuing Asset Backed Commercial Paper in line with company group funding needs.

Zinitha holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and Economics.
